가을비, Bozeman

 

어제는 비가 내렸다.

Glacier National Park에서 Yellowstone National Park로 이동하던 중 Bozeman에 들렀다.

아내의 추억이 깃든 곳.

예전에 아내가 이영주 선생님과 에스터와 함께 갔던 커피가게이 들렸다.

비가 오는데도 그 옆의 빵집도 커피가게도 사람들로 바글바글.

서둘러 가을이 오고 있었다.

아내의 기억도 가물가물한지 'open'이라는 사인이 문 앞에 있음에도 입구를 찾지 못했다.

가을이다.

계절도 우리의 인생도.

세 사람 중 한 분은 이미 세상을 뜨셨다.

이젠 추억을 만들기보다 추억해야 할 사람과 일들이 더 많아지기 시작한다.

It rained yesterday.
While traveling from Glacier National Park to Yellowstone National Park, we stopped by Bozeman.
A place filled with my wife's memories.
We visited a coffee shop where my wife had previously gone with Teacher Lee Young-joo and Esther.
Despite the rain, both the bakery and the coffee shop next to it were bustling with people.
Autumn was rushing in.
My wife's memory seemed to fade as she couldn’t find the entrance, even though the "open" sign was right in front of the door.
It is autumn. Both the season and in our lives.
One of the three people has already passed away.
Now, there are more people and moments that we need to remember than the ones we can create new memories with.
